Brandon Grimila

A native of Northeast Pennsylvania. Brandon started working in restaurants since the age of 15. He attended the Culinary Institute of America, and has worked in famed kitchens like Bar Boulud (for Daniel Boulud); The Dutch (and worked with Andrew Carmellini), Latour; Hotel Fauchere a Relais and Chateaux property; The William Vale, and Roberta’s Pizza. He’s also opened spots in both the U.S.—403 Broad, and Italian neighborhood join—and abroad—Tavolo in Gothenburg, Sweden. 

Brandon and Fernando (who met when they both worked at The Dutch), teamed up and Promises Kept was born. 

Currently, Brandon lives and works in Newburgh, NY, and rides Harleys through the Hudson Valley in his time off.

Fernando Cordova

A Jersey kid who migrated from Morelos, Mexico as child, Fernando started his culinary career in NYC as a graduate of International Culinary Center/FCI. He immediately started working at The Dutch with Andrew Carmellini—and crossing paths with Brandon. Next, Fernando refined his roots of French cooking at Bouley for David Bouley. 

After that, Fernando cut his teeth at the famed Jean Georges, and then was part of the opening team of Bar Wayo for David Chang, which led him to his love for pan-Asian flavors. 

Fernando lives in Newburgh, NY with his corgi, Penny, and enjoys long walks along the river. 

Anna Campbell

Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Georgia. She pursued her culinary passion at the French Culinary Institute in NYC, gaining experience at Chef Andrew Carmellini’s The Dutch. Transitioning from the restaurant scene,

Anna excelled in culinary education as a Sur la Table instructor while simultaneously catering to private clients. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and dedication to personalized service, Anna's expertise in client engagement and meal customization set her apart in the industry. In 2022, Anna join forces with Brandon and Fernando's team, where she plays a pivotal role in nurturing client relationships and overseeing event operations.
